The QB pressure on third-down was a result of Myers not picking up the light blitz. That's one negative play for him today already.
 
Special teams play is looking good so far. Nice way to pin them way back!

Hindsight is 20/20. Texans just drafted TJ Yates the year before who happened to win the franchises first ever playoff game and Matt Schaub was still the guy. Drafting another QB the following year would have made no sense at all
 
If nothing else, the defense is showing up. Need the offesne to keep them off the field.
 
Defense holding nicely. Good to see. O needs to get something going. Can't have runs for -6 yards putting the offense in a hole.

Really not sure anymore after seeing DJ get called for hitting a qb in the chest and now JJ for hitting one in the thigh. Ugh.

Since Pollard took out Brady back in 2011(?) you can't hit a QB anywhere around the knees. Although, Watt hit Manuel in his thighs that was too close for these pansy refs

Defense is going to get killed we keep going 3 and out on offense....is Foster out then since he didn't play a snap that series, or are they being "smart"?

Anytime you touch the QB you are taking a chance at seeing the yellow flag. Good point!
 
Watt has lined up exclusively across from rookie RT Seantrel Henderson and has beat him like a drum on every snap thus far.
