That was my thought. He hit him in back of the leg. I have seen qbs take worse shots and it wasn't called either. I t will be curious if the league does something

Report: NFL says low hit on Peyton Manning was legal

The NFL reportedly told Denver Post reporter Mike Kliss the hit was legal because Liuget made initial contact to Manning's thigh area, then wrapped his arms below the knee. The first contact above the knee was key to the play being deemed legal.
