Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez to be Questioned

Remember back to the OJ trial. Who the heck knows what will happen.

If the gum doesn't fit, you must acquit. :mcnugget:

Yeah I know...That's what I keep thinking of...

But I was like 9 when the OJ trial happened so I'm fuzzy on all the details...I don't remember exactly how strong the case was...

I'd wonder what would happen if these pretty little girls went up to a group of gangbangers and started representing to them? I bet they'd want 'jump' the girls in and then let's see if they keep throwing gangs signs like idiots.

Iron clad IF it wasn't planted. I suspect even the jury who acquitted him knew he was guilty. It was jury nullification all the way.

Where did that picture come from?

I didn't think they were throwing up gang signs...I thought that maybe it was a sorority or something...

I'm not going to pretend I know law and I'm sure there might be a lot more evidence than what has been put out through the media. But, it sure seems like the evidence that has been provided to us isn't strong enough to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Hopefully they find the weapon

Aaron Hernandez investigated in 2012 double slaying
Aaron Hernandez, the former NFL tight end charged with murder in the death last week of an acquaintance, is now being investigated in connection with a double homicide in Boston's South End in July 2012, a law enforcement source close to the investigation told CNN.

The source gave no indication whether there was any connection between that investigation and Hernandez's current murder charge.

What is known is that the Boston Police Department has located and impounded a silver SUV with Rhode Island registration that police have been trying to find for almost a year, which is linked to the scene of a double homicide in 2012, the source said.

Investigators believe that Hernandez was renting the SUV at the time of those killings, the source said.

So I guess SOP is to rent vehicles to use in murders, then return them to Hertz to be cleaned & "contaminated" by as many people as quickly as possible?

Spokesman tells @FOXSports: "PUMA has ended the relationship with athlete Aaron Hernandez in light of the current situation."

Would be a lot smarter to completely get rid of the vehicle. Burn it, have it completely stripped down or something...

If you rent a vehicle you can easily be pinpointed as the renter if it's used in a murder.

He just sounds stupid and reckless. I can't get over this story and how much of a dumb ass this dude is.

It is DEFINITELY the sign for bloods. I am absolutely certain. If you look at the picture of the shapes of all ten fingers together... you will be able to spell out b-l-o-o-d as if you were writing it.

One thing that I will say about gang members... they're pretty easy to communicate with. They do make up their own signs but figuring out what they're saying isn't hard. They gesture very well so... I've always been able to communicate with them fairly well. Just thought I'd put that out there.

Yeah...that's one of the hand signs from the bloods, but I just didn't think they were throwing up gang signs for some reason...

I think a lot of young white girls raised in the suburbs listened to gansta rap because it scared their parents and presented a sort of safe-from-afar look at dangerous lifestyles.

They throw up these signs because they think they are cute and being cool.

But I see two morons that look like tools. But I'm old, so what do I know...

yeah, just google search "blood hand signs" and you will see those exact signs all over the place.

Very interesting your perspective and experiences, especially since you are pretty much an expert on visual communications. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Stuff I would have never picked up on.

If I were his lawyer I'd spin it that the police picked Hernandez for this crime because of his celebrity & the two guys cooperating only implicated Hernandez because the police told them to.

I'd bet a good lawyer could find motive for one of the other two to be the shooter.

They most definitely would not be doing this stupidity in Crenshaw.

Your link shows even less info.....not even the number of games he played found on my link. Thanks...........certainly a strong message.

So... since murder nullifies your stats in the NFL... what does this mean for the games where he helped New England win? Let's nullify those too!

*Patroit hate speak*

:clown:

couple of questions
-when the police arrested AH and assuming there was nobody else home, did the police leave the front door unlocked?

-when the police serve their search warrant/warrants, how do they get in a locked home? locksmith? pick the lock? bust the door down?

You make perfect sense. Since they are wiping out his yards and TDs, at least take away the TDs that he scored for his team and see if that changes their W/L record.

Whos worse.....vick or hernandez

That's a really compelling argument, errr question.

Right now, I would say Vick is worse. Only for the simple fact that Vick was found guilty. Hernandez however hasn't even seen his day in court.

**************

Ask this same question after the trial and verdict.

The police have yet again gone back to the Hernandez house...........re. the double murder this time.

Police issue alert for Ernest Wallace in connection with Lloyd murder

June 27, 2013, 10:37 PM EDT

Two men are under arrest in connection with the murder of Odin Lloyd, and police are searching for a third one.

Per multiple reports, the authorities have issued an alert indicating that Ernest Wallace a/k/a Bo Fish is wanted on charges of accessory after the fact.

Wallace, 44 and having a “very heavy build,” was last seen driving a silver/gray Chrysler 300. He is considered armed and dangerous.

The term “accessory after the fact” implies that Wallace was not directly involved with the murder of Lloyd, but that he had a role in assisting with the concealment of the crime.

If so, that expands the universe of potential suspects to four — Aaron Hernandez, Wallace, and the two men who allegedly were in the car with Hernandez and Lloyd in the moments before Lloyd was killed. One of those two men is believed to be Carlos Ortiz, who was arrested on Wednesday at the Bristol, Connecticut home of Hernandez’s uncle.

Aaron Hernandez , you have to be one of the dumbest people on earth to screw up a life millions of Americans dream of ...

Dont dis me boy ... gang bangin moron.

See, I don't think he just went out and did this one crime. I think Hernandez has been doing crimes all along. I think they're going to find a trail of victims of this guy when it's all said & done.

Let’s play jury … does this look like the face of a man who murdered someone just hours before this photo was taken? Prosecutors say it is.

The photo of former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was snapped at a Marshall’s in Massachusetts on June 15th, the day after the shooting death of former semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd … whom Hernandez has been charged with murdering in cold blood.

Hernandez posed with a fan for the photo — and his expression is peculiar … mainly the smile, which feels very forced. Maybe Hernandez was just having a rough morning, or maybe he was thinking about how he just murdered someone … hard to tell.

And speaking of cold blood, check out Hernandez’ t-shirt … a very interesting choice.

Hernandez was shopping with his fiancee at the time of the photo. His 8-month-old daughter also came along.

...Hernandez murdered a fellow thug that was in the know about a past double murder. *allegedly*

Where did you read Lloyd was a "thug"?

I haven't seen anything about him having a prior criminal record. I thought his association with Hernandez was because he was dating his fiancé's sister?

The prosecution believes Lloyd was killed because he knew about the prior double murder. If that's true, you can use whatever word you like, I guess, but knowing about a double murder and not going to the cops trumps prior criminal record, IMO. Again, this is all alleged stuff at this point.

And mostly, I was pot stirring, hence the smiley.
