A throwback performance by the Texans tonight. Defense is gassed probably. We need a spark from somewhere. We can't win in a shootout against Rodgers.

Maybe he should employ the "I was watching the ball's reflection in the receiver visor" defense?

And regarding the refs playing make up calls for the Seahawks game, I think that's in equal parts to the Packers playing make up for the trashing they've had in the media.

You know what pisses me off every time I see Ball on the field? Brandon Freakin' Bust Harris not even dressing, that's what.
 
the thing that concerned me about the texans this offseason is how the defense looks against elite qb's.

sure they look great against the jake lockers and blaine gabberts but you're most likely gonna meet an elite qb in the sb.

they looked decent in the broncos game but man...

You know, I don't disagree with that, but it's fair to say if he would have looked back for the ball, he may have avoided that flag. Right or wrong, if you at least give the appearance that you're playing the ball and not the man, you get the benefit of the doubt.
 
Ok I think AJ needed 61 yards receiving coming into this game. He has 47 now, so I think he's 14 yards from 10k now. Anyone heard differently?
 
Green Bay playing a bit of prevent now.

They know they can relax for awhile, up by 14...getting the ball back in the 3rd qtr.

And they can always tighten up and go back to being aggressive once we're in the red zone.

Don't anybody sit there and think we just all of a sudden got good tonight. We're being PERMITTED to do this right now. The Packers find a trunk full of swagger sometime this past week. They're owning us.

Here is some consolation: top defenses can struggle against top qbs at home. See earlier today, sf's d struggled against Eli.
