Vince Young just can't seem to STAY with a team. He's been fired from EVERYWHERE. Which leads me to ask, how would YOU fire him?
 
I would sit him on the other side of a really big conference table in a very nice conference room.

And then I would ask him, "who's house is it again?".
 
I wouldn't have to fire him. I'd say 'here is a test, if you score higher that 6 you can stay.

I would say 'Our relationship is like a grill and a sausage. I am the Weber and you are a VY Foods sausage. The sausage was never really good to begin with but it was reduced 90% so I took a chance with it. Well now it has been on the grill for waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long and it's time to try something else. Do you understand?

I would say I was hosting a party with drunken, shirtless, sweaty men. The Patron is done, the music has stopped and now you have to go bye bye.

Nahhhh. I would paste one word on the front of each DB he is playing against - reading "Vince" "You" "Are" "Fired". Sadly by time he learned to actually look at the DBs he may have developed some perception and rendered the message useless as he had solves one of his biggest flaws..
 
I'd have Tim Couch, JaMarcus Russell, Ryan Leaf, and Vince Young battle it out for the top 3 QB spots on a team, and make sure VY is the one cut.
 
The bottomless pit would be pointless because he'll just keep falling and the note would never fall fast enough for him to read it...
 
The only guy w worse accuracy than Tebow...Vince Young.

Sad part is he had all the potential in the world and The Great State pulling for him. It's a shame to waste that talent. Hopefully he succeeds in the AFL or CFL.

I would write it on a piece of paper and give it to him. Not sure if Vince could read it though.

Any chance VY becomes a WR/TE? He could become a poor mans LeStar Jean. LOL
 
Knowing he's likely broke (or close to it) I'd tell him there was a job paying $6.99 an hour digging sewer line trenches .... no benefits , take it or leave it.
 
Fire him?!! I would give him a raise! After all, he is the football equivalent of Jeebus, and he'll take us to the SB singlehanded!!

I just take no pleasure in this. I wasn't a VY supporter. I was delighted to see his fans move on when they finally did (They did didn't they? There aren't anymore of them hiding in here are there?).

I'm just relieved it's over.
