I saw one rule I would like to see changed in this game. About five minutes left in the game Texas Tech runs 40 seconds off the clock and takes a delay of game penalty. Five yards no big deal, right? However, the clock continues to move without Tech having run a play. Another 20/30 seconds goes by, making it a full minute of game time without a play being executed. I would like to see the clock stopped after penalties.

Yeah. I've seen it happen a few times in games before, which makes me think it wasn't a mistake. It's one rule I would definitely like to see changed.
