The Nnamdi Asomugha Thread

I'm glad I work at home, or I would have been fired a long time ago, lol.

Key to being able to do this at the office -

As long as that gets smaller little by little, people leave you alone :fingergun:

Slow news day, I shall keep you all entertained while viewing this thread. See if you can spot something special in this picture:

That's not what I heard. Here's exactly what that guy said:

I still had that on my DVR and I went back and copied that section down verbatim.

To me, that says that Houston ended up offering a little bit more but he decided to stay with the Chargers.

Im trying to find the article from yesterday where it was reported they did outbid him. It was from the same guy who did the interview. I would also bet the difference was VERY minimal.

I still agree with priscoe either way: its all about the money.

#Nnamdi RT @michaelombardi: @LanceZierlein got that from other teams, not the agent...money speaks

How does a team "take the lead" when negotiating in free agency? The most money? Sounds like an agent is just rustling the bushes

Joseph, Real #2 WR, and Leach
OR
Aso and Mario for another long term high dollar contract

Just curious

One has to go a pretty substantial ways back in your post history to find a post by you in the Texans forum that doesn't mention Mario Williams. Just sayin

Some MORON on Twitter just said signing Nnamdi wouldn't mean **** if we don't also sign Gerald Sensebaugh. Holy crap how stupid.

It would be hilarious if Houston got Aso, SF got Joseph, and the Jets were forced to go back to Cromartie.

I imagine, he wouldn't be the happiest person in the world for that first meeting.

He'd probably still get cut. Not much of a drop off between Wilson & Cro

Cro is overrated.

And then again, the "wowed" part may have referred to them coming back with a more attractive, higher offer.

Thanks for the entertaining lunch hour guys. I'll try not to think about Waldo and motorboating double D's for the rest of my work day.
