Looks like Justin Houston just exited the Texans' Board

Georgia defensive end Justin Houston and Iowa defensive tackle Christian Ballard both failed drug tests for marijuana at the NFL Scouting Combine according to Alex Marvez and Jay Glazer of FOX.

The information comes as news to us, but it’s possible teams have been aware of the result for a while now. Houston has been talked about as a potential late first-round draft pick, but the failure will be a red flag for teams that already questioned his snap-to-snap energy.

Hope he enjoyed that joint, because was it ever expensive. Man some of these guys are really stupid.

Damn what the hell is up with those Iowa kids?

That's gotta be the tenth one this season to have his name come up related to drugs..

Maybe not...this just knocks him out of the 1st round....maybe. If he falls far enough into the 2nd we can definitely go DE in the 1st & then come back & get him in the 2nd killing 2 needs....:hurrah:

Whether you agree with his view or not, it's a big deal with Bob McNair.

1. It's a big deal becuase it shows a lack of maturity. he failed a drug test at the combine. He knew he was going to get tested since EVERYONE gets tested at the combine. The fact that he couldn't hold off smoking until after testing speaks to his decision making process.

2. Failing a drug test at the combine automatically enrolls you in the NFL substance abuse program. One more failed drug test means missed games.

Yep...

Texans aren't going to want to spend a first on a guy who makes such stupid personal decisions...
