Problems renewing

I am trying to renew my season tickets and the website is not letting me. It keeps giving me an error message. I know I have entered everything correctly.

Anyone else having this problem?

With the deadline looming, my streak of 8 consecutive years as a season ticket holder will be over.
 
My understanding is it is not instantaneous ticket loss, they would rather have you renew than try to find a new buyer.

I renewed one set yesterday about 4 no problem and will be doing another after work. I'll let you know if I have any issues.
 
I had a bit** oif a time getting the window to display properly...it kept disappearing when I tried to get to the purchase screen....grrr.

It's not a hard deadline. As long as you make complete payment before the season starts, you should be ok. I had a hard time paying a couple of years back and they worked with me so I wouldn't lose my PSL.

If you are that worried about it, call the Texans season ticket office and they can do the payment over the phone.
 
Well it turns out, my mailing address and the address on the credit card are different. They mail my tickets to the office but the credit card has my home address.

I called the Texans ticket office and they were able to process my payment.
