I have two very middle-of-the-pack QB's, but I've got stud #1 & #2 WR's, a pretty decent backfield, and a TE that I'm expecting huge things from.
 
Hey guys, I forgot to add this and I didn't realize it until after the leagues were started.

Under Time players are on waivers, I'm changing it from None to 2 days so everyone can get an opportunity for the free agents.
 
Oh hmm there is one more game. For some reason I thought this was the last week. Oh well, good luck next week. Pollardizers vs. Topeka Destroyers for the title. :)

Actually nevermind. If you are doing full defense, I will pass. Too much work and too little time. I spend enough of my time building my team when it is just offense and team defense. Can't imagine playing with a full D as well as a full O.
 
Rejoin invites have gone out as of this morning.

If there is enough interest on the boards is there anyway that we can get 2 leagues going this year?
Something like an A league and a B league? Top couple teams move up from the B league and the bottom couple teams get demoted to B league. Might keep things more competitive if you can get 20 teams in there. If you can get the interest that is.

I was just wondering since I was interested in joining but figure its already full.
 
If I have enough of a waiting list, say 10 people, then I can start a 2nd league. But the waiting list will also take priority to the 1st league if there are people from the 1st league who don't want to play this season.

I only want 10 teams per league. Anymore would make FA list crap. Any less, we would have super teams.
 
I definitely agree with you that the first league takes priority over anything else.

Can I be added to the waiting list though, please?
 
gary, those 3 teams from last season's FFL league have been notified. Just waiting on them to join up. If they haven't joined up by 8/21 midnight, then I'll get the waiting list in. After the waiting list if we have open spots, then I'll open it up to whoever wants to get their ass kicked by me. :)

6 DAYS AND COUNTING before password is reset to the league and waiting list takes the spots!

Ckw, Farough, whiskeyrbl and ObsiWan, I've added you guys to the waiting list.

After 8/21/11 midnight, if I don't hear anything from the guys who were in last season or they haven't joined the league by then, I will change the password to the league, send you the password to join up.

Here's the issue that I run into:

When the deadline passes and the password is still the same, the existing players from last season can still join and take the waiting list members' spots. That would be unfair since the waiting list members' have waited patiently to join the league.

That's why I have to change it so they can join with no issues.

Hopefully last season's players see my reminders in this thread.....

After that, password gets changed and the waiting list occupies your spot.

If everything goes according to plan, LEAGUE SHOULD BE FULL!

Ckw, I never heard from you after I PM'd you that there are no defensive players this season.

I had already sent the info to the 2 guys that were on the waiting list. If one of them hasn't joined by midnight tonight, I'll send you the info to join.

But once again, no worries. Maybe next year.
 
Just a heads up, I forgot to change the bench spots from 10 to 8 so the draft doesn't go long.

I corrected the change. :)
