Me too JB! But, this just came up. Two, possibly three, of my kids can't make it on Sunday. I've been pushing them since Monday to give me an answer or I was gonna sell by Thursday.. I'm holding one for Bethany. My grandson has a baseball game on Sunday, and his Dad is making him go.

Just checked your website store and it looks like you have added a couple of new rubs. Can you tell us about them? What is the difference between the bbq and the brisket rubs?

Thanks for asking...

Brisket Rub...has a good amount of salt and tenderizer to give you a nice smoke ring and tenderness. Ma's brisket always comes out with a really good bark and flavor. There is a BBQ tailer on 359 in Richmond that uses it. I have gotten GREAT feedback on it. See testimonials.

Citrus Rub....kinda peppery and it actually has lemon and lime juice powder in it. The juice breaks down and gives chicken and fish a nice flavor. I like to use it for spicing up food after cooking too. Used it on ribs and it wasn't bad there either.

Delivery to the tailgate is free!

I'm bringing my boy to the cowpatty tailgate and we intend to stay for most of the time unlike last Sunday. Maybe we can visit then.
It was definitely great meeting you, drs21, and pollardized.
