It is a shame we have had such a poor product to support on the field while our tailgating skills are reaching championship levels.
 
I'll be there. Not sure yet what I'll bring. Depends on how much enthusiasm I can muster between now and then. I LOVE my team, but DAMN, they have hurt my heart this year. At least we have tailgating to look forward too.

Yep! Wendy swapped w/her co-worker this morning so that she could attend.....the tailgate. She's less-than-enthused about the game at this point.
 
I was thinking we could just all sit around and drink . . . alot for the game. After that we could have a Texans Anonymous meeting?

Is anyone who brings a $20+ gift welcome to join the white elephant? Or is that only for the regular Blue Crewers? I'd like to partake in the festivies. Cage and i had a great time during the Colts tailgate.

You are correct - we had this discussion at a white elephant party last weekend.

In fact, you are supposed to bring a cheesy gift.

However, one person brings a bottle of Jack or wine one year. The next year - 2 people do. 3 years later you have 80% bottles of booze, 15% other cool stuff, and 5% of people who bring cheesy gifts and get yelled at :)

The football gawds HATE ME!! Can't we have ONE FRIGGIN COLD GAME this year??? Suppose to be in the 70s with lots of sunshine tomorrow. I am doomed to a life of HOT football games. I'm depressed. IF there is a football gawd up there somewhere, PLEASE remember we have ONE more home game and it's SUPPOSED to be COLD in January!!

I'm still thinkin about what to bring tomorrow. Going to the store in a little while. Maybe Krogers will give me some inspiration, I'm sure not getting it from my football team.

Per the weather channel website - 49 @ 8am, 57 @ 12p, 62 @ 3p (goes down after 3p) - I seriously doubt we'll hit 70.

Cold, not so much, but hardly hot. I'm just hoping some of this FOG clears before the morning commute to the stadium.

We'll be there w/ two White Elephant gifts - brand NEW (non re-gifted!). :clown:
 
Got a cool white elephant gift just a while ago and it's all wrapped. We generally leave Austin the night before but we scrapped that because of the fog. We'll leave in the am! What time does the exchange usually start?

Dang Dan!! I sure hope you're right. We must be listening to different TV stations though. I heard low 70s with a sunny day. I'll take 62, and you're right, that's hardly hot. Still, I wish we could have just ONE cold tailgate, somewhere in the 30s would be just right!:)
 
Waitin for the fog to lift a little before I head out. Pretty nasty out BC, be careful driving to the tailgate.
 
Jeez... This fog. We're now passing La Grange. Not sure if we'll have time to stop by. Please let me know when the exchange starts.
 
We're coming to the tailgaiting, if we can find you. The shuttle from our hotel leaves at 9, and we'll navigate the blue lot to find your festivities. We're bringing 2 12 packs of sodas, since we don't drink, so hopefully they'll find their way to the kids and others.
 
I was wondering why the roof was closed. They did not say anything on tv about it but after seeing Andy's photos I kind of figured it out.
