Our Houston Texans current record is 0-2. I think we have played two very good teams in Philadelphia and Indianapolis. We have new coaches, players and new schemes on both sides of the ball. A formula like this takes time to develop, but it will.

I liked the pride our team showed in not quiting against Indianapolis Sunday, we battled back and put some points on the board. Give Indianapolis credit once again, they played near perfect on both sides of the ball. The RCA Dome was extremely loud. Credit their fans. They have a very good team in Indianapolis once again this year.

The challenge for us now is we have two home games coming up against solid ooponents in Washington and Miami depsite their 0-2 record. I think both are better than that.

Our first challenge is the Washington Redskins. I am already looking foward to this game, I expect it to be an emotional battle, a physical battle and a dogfight as both teams will battle tooth and nail for their first win and avoid a bad start.

I have a high amount of confidence in our players, coaching staff and new offensive and defensive scheme. Again, it will develop, it will just take time. Be patient. I still very much think we can have a successful season this year. An 0-2 start is not the end of the world.

Two seasons ago, we started off 0-2, then went into Kansas City, pulled out the tight win, caught some momentum and before you know it, we were 4-3. I see no reason this time, this year can not do the same. I'm still very excited about this year, and fellow fans should be to.

Let's start to foucs on Washington some, we have them this Sunday in our house, Reliant Stadium.

We can still have a succesful season this year fans, continue to cheer us on, GO TEXANS!:francis:
