Not trying to be a jerk. At the top of menu page is a Texans Player Transaction thread that is appropriate for these type of signings and it doesn't clutter up the menu page.

In practice, the transaction thread literally is for mentioning the transactions only. if people wish to comment on the player or how he fits then that's what the Welcome to the Texans or however it is labeled.

I've actually got hope for Carter making the final 53.

He's better than Murray and whether he's better than LoJo is debatable. The bar has been set very low.
