The way to slow down Brady is to knock him down even if he completes a pass. Getting him to move in the pocket as well.

If the Texans let him sit back there you know what happens.

and just release him on monday


tho even without TB i think the pats will still be tough with there backup playing has well
 
No matter what happens, I hope to NOT see Brady bitching to the refs when he gets sacked or knocked down.

And for the record, I would absolutely HATE to see the Donks and Pats play in the AFC Championship Game. Don't want either to go to the SB. However, I doubt I'll get what I want and I'll be rooting for the NFC in the SB.

I wouldnt consider the last time we met a " meeting"... Was more like a sleep walking pedestrian getting hit by a tour bus and then that pedestrian waking up, looking around and asking what happened.....hopefully this time around we can at least be awake enough to dodge the bus.

acctually i get nervous every time we pla the titans they play hard

but not has hard has the jags every year not matterwhat the records are its like WW3 with them every game is like a 30/33 epic game with them
 
Another Pats fan here.

Good luck it should be a good game. I'm a firm believer it's about execuation and prior games mean squat so I'm not taking this game for granted at all.

The Pats didn't have Gronk last time and Vollmer, Mankins and Hernandez were all still hobbled. For the Texans Joesph looks much more like the player from earlier in the year. All that should factor in.

In watching the game again on my DVR the Texans defense did not play as bad as the score might indicate and with a few different bounces it could have been a much different game.

Somebody on one of the Pats boards called Watt the Gronk of defense and I had to laugh because it was so true. It's a treat watching all that Watt does. I think you're all going to see Gronk lives up to the hype as well not only in the passing game but he is by far the best blocking TE in the game.
 
You can't help but admire how the Patriots always tweak their offensive and talent around Brady from year to year. Their defense is improved this year, so there is no reason they shouldn't be the favorites to win against the Texans and to win the Super Bowl.

UMMM if u were around more u would see that we have an abundance of fans who think we will get spanked every week. And i mean "true" fans who always think we will lose, or that there is no chance of winning.

8 years of losing can do that to people i suppose. And then you have guys like me....

See the texans are my team and i believe my team will spank your teams ass next weekend. Regardless of how the first game turned out, that was not our team. Hell we havent been the same team the last 4 weeks of the season and it really started before that. But we put up 420 yards on the bengals stout defense. A good sign we are getting back on track.

Going to give you an early apology for knocking ur team out of the play-offs though :). I'm sorry !

Is there any part of the Texans that the Patriots fans feel could possibly exploit their team? Or is it the general feeling of you guys are getting 2 byes to the AFCCG and the Texans are nothing to worry about?

Most Pats fans feel the teams are pretty evenly matched minus HC, QB and home field. But that's 3 pretty big advantages. If there's one thing Pats fans gives them the biggest advantage it's Kubiak not being creative enough to surprise the Pats. It's like Marty Shottenheimer with the 2006 Chargers. That team had more talent than the Pats but Marty was too conservative. Not that he was a bad coach he just wasn't a great one. If the Texans had a coach like Jim Harbaugh they would be the #1 seed and the favorite to win it all.

I steal feel your defense having a big day. They can cause turnovers and if that happens it's anybody's ball game. Do I like the Pats, ya. Do I think it's a second bye? Hell no.
