Really appreciate the work you're doing, TexansFan15. This is shaping up to be a draft leaning heavy on defense. That makes me anticipate a FA leaning towards adding weapons.

I want to see a list of the 30 guys they bring in for visits. Here's a list of the prospects who have met with the Texans and their average prospect ranking among CBS, PFF, and NFL Draft Buzz. Playing the guessing game, it looks like CB is the focus of the 1st round, 2nd round will be best player available (I'm expecting a trade up this round), and 3rd and 4th round I'd expect at least two of three picks to be used on TE, WR, or RB:
Dallas Turner EDGE 12 Quinyon Mitchell CB 15 Nate Wiggins CB 18 Terrion Arnold CB 19 Jer'Zhan Newton DT 20 Kool-Aid McKinstry CB 22 Brian Thomas Jr WR 26 Chop Robinson EDGE 30 Keon Coleman WR 31 Ennis Rakestraw CB 32 Troy Franklin WR 37 Tyler Nubin S 37 Darius Robinson EDGE 39 Kamari Lassiter CB 42 Bralen Trice EDGE 44 Ladd McConkey WR 45 Xavier Worthy WR 45 Edgerrin Cooper LB 48 Payton Wilson LB 52 Kamren Kinchens S 55 Braden Fiske DT 65 Patrick Paul T 73 Roman Wilson WR 74 Gabriel Murphy EDGE 80 Mike Sainristill CB 84 Javon Baker WR 85 Ainais Smith WR 94 Bucky Irving RB 94 Jamari Thrash WR 95 Braelon Allen RB 96 Cade Stover TE 96 Kalen King CB 97 Jacob Cowing WR 98 Desmond James CB 106 Tommy Eichenberg LB 109 Ben Sinnott TE 113 Will Shipley RB 123 Cole Bishop S 128 MarShawn Lloyd RB 129 Cedric Gray LB 132 Theo Johnson TE 134 Nelson Caesar EDGE 140 Jaheim Bell TE 143 Jarvis Brownlee Jr CB 143 Mo Kamara EDGE 154 Jaylan Ford LB 158 Beau Brade S 166 Malik Mustapha S 180 Dylan Laube RB 181 Myles Murphy DT 191 Luke McCaffrey WR 204 Kimani Vidal RB 220 Jaylen Harrell EDGE 222 Tanner McLachlan TE 224 Nathanial Watson LB 227 Gabe Hall DT 245 Jaden Crumedy DT 248 Jordan Whittington WR 257 X'Zauvea Gadlin G 267 Isaac Rex TE 270 Jarius Monroe CB 273 Tyler Owens S 278 AJ Woods CB 292 Mark Perry S 306 David Ugwoegbu EDGE 310 Doug Nester G 351 Dimitri Stanley WR Winston Reid LB Qwan'tez Stiggers CB
I haven’t seen anything yet. I like Colson as well, but the Texans are notoriously quiet when it comes to prospect meetings. I’ll keep my eye out though.Any word on if they've met with Junior Colson? He's my favourite linebacker right now
Isaac is a top ten Edge in this draft.
Sources Tell UsIsaac is a top ten Edge in this draft.
I like his motor. If one of the top 3 doesn’t fall to us in round 1, I wouldn’t mind Isaac on day 2.Sources Tell Us
“He’s a little light but I really like the competitiveness and how he never gives the tackles a break. He’s always through the whistle.” - AFC regional scout

I’m probably an outsider on this opinion, but I’m not the biggest fan of Chop Robinson. He’s athletic, but minimal production against top tackles. Seems more of a Travon Walker to me.

Came on strong at the end of the season, 5 sacks over the last 4 games.Robinson would not be drafted number 1 overall, but Walker quietly put up 10 sacks this year and was a piece that could be moved around the defense, not exactly a negative
He was raw as a pass rusher coming in to the NFL and is gaining plenty of experience.Robinson would not be drafted number 1 overall, but Walker quietly put up 10 sacks this year and was a piece that could be moved around the defense, not exactly a negative
Except they're nothing alike as players. That's my thinking also
