Not to beat a dead horse, but how is it, a professional organization that has had the first round pick in 3 of it's 14 years and pays millions to the employees engaged in selecting players, does not have a franchise QB? Is it the owner who keeps falling in love with defensive players, his flunky son, the GM, what? How can we fans see this so clearly and the front office not see this?
Personally, I would have gone for the QB from Washington state, QB, Halliday. We could have picked him up cheap. 734 Passing yards in one game---NCAA record.
