Luck's not coming out of retirement and if he did it certainly wouldn't be to play for the Texans.

NO.

Neither pick. Luck is a good QB but not great. Plus, he is on the wrong side of his career if he was to return. He is also on the wrong side of 30 (currently 31). I see his ability in a few 3rd QBs in this draft. Let's not forget that he is has still not proven he is 100% back from his injury. I would take him, a 1st, a 2nd and a conditional 3rd that could be a 1st based on stats...for Watson. IF he comes back.
 
Still there is 8 who feel Watson is going to walk and get no charges, not get a suspension, actually want to play here and the Texans not suspend him. Probably all 4 would have to happen for Watson to start or even play in 2021...anywhere not just Houston
