It didn't take long for Santonio Holmes to find trouble.
The Jets' recently acquired wide receiver was escorted off a plane Thursday night at the Pittsburgh airport for being "a disruptive passenger," according to Pittsburgh TV station WPXI.
Another station, KDKA, is reporting that the alleged incident occurred at about 9 p.m. ET. KDKA's report says Holmes was removed from the flight for refusing to turn off his iPod. Other details weren't immediately available.
The Jets traded for Holmes, formerly of the Pittsburgh Steelers, despite a list of off-field transgressions. On the day of the trade, the league announced he was suspended for four games for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy.
