Even though his analysis on prospects is always hilarious, the guy knows the strengths and weaknesses (according to scouts and whatnot) on almost any player alive that could be viewed as a "prospect". I remember last year when the Raiders picked in the 2nd round and nobody had any idea who the guy was (Can't remember the players name) and Kiper began rattling off everything statistically that you could want to know about the guy.
