I think he can be if he's surrounded with better coaching and offensive line. Those are the real problems. Brock is workable. Just sucks for now.

You know, I still don't think it's completely fair but I have to say that I like the fact that the Texans can pretty much hit Andrew Luck without drawing the insta-flag that used to come out when Peyton was with the Colts. That **** got old so fast but the refs seem to think of Luck as an actual football player despite the position he plays and after watching my team lose regularly to the Colts while they trotted out a nearly untouchable QB it's nice to see one get sacked.

Plus most of the time Peyton was so damn fast you couldn't get to him anyway.
