I think the Aflac duck gives a better halftime speech than Kubiaverage.
Yet again, only one team made adjustments at half time.
Big picture, this is good. I don't want McNair to have any excuses. I want the top pick.
The Texans aren't making the playoffs so there is nothing left to play for except a better draft pick. That said, that won't stop me from rooting for them in every game. I can't help myself.
There's your mobility schaubites.
I am in the same boat. I guess I am at a place where whatever happens is fine by me as long as the Texans clean house at the end of the year.
Agree, but, I think McNair is looking for any reason to keep Kubiak. Even the smallest improvement could lead to a contract extension.

It would be very Kubiak of the team to win this game and go on a roll the rest of the season. Finish at 7-9, get knocked off a top 10 draft pick, and save Kubiak and Marciano's job at the same time.
Stop with this crap, man. Jesus. Christ. Kubiak's getting fired regardless of what happens. The team is in ****ing shambles.
He's. Not. Coming. Back.
I don't know what the deal is with opinions like this. Is it a defense mechanism or something? Reverse psychology? It's absurd.
It's not reverse psychology. It's speculation based on this owners past actions. I want Kubaik gone. Period. But I'm mentally preparing for him to stay. Do you not remember 2010?

Yes, I remember 2010. It was a disastrous year and while Kubiak should have been fired, we got Wade Phillips, Jonathan Joseph, Danieal Manning, and JJ Watt. We fixed the problem with the team at that juncture and whattaya know? We made the playoffs two years in a row.
I also remember 2005 which was a dumpster fire much like this season when we cleaned house and fired Capers and Casserly.
In fact, each time the Texans have a completely disastrous year, the team undergoes sweeping changes.
This time, Kubiak won't survive the catastrophic year. It's ridiculous to think he will. Completely and utterly ridiculous.
