Okay, not a terrible first half by our Texans. We currently trail the Cleveland Browns by a score of 3-0 at halftime. Our Texans will recieve the ball to begin the second half of play.

We doing some good things in this game but also lacking in other areas. The following is what I believe we must do in order to have success and pull out a big victory in the second half of this football game...

-More offensive production. We are not playing great offensive obviously in the first half of this game. Chris Taylor has had some nice runs and I look for us to increase our run plays in the second half and also to get the big Ronnie Dayne involved. This will help David out some by not making him do alot and setting up some play-actions. We need to run some more in the second half and chew up more clock espically the way our defense is playing.

-Keep playing defense. We are playing outstanding defense, already forced 2 turnovers in the first half of play, we are tackling very nicely and making some key stops. If our defense keeps playing like this in the second half, we should be okay.

-Field Position. In close games like this, the field position becomes crutial. We can't obviously afford to have meltdowns on Cleveland's punt or kick returns and we'll probably need some more nice ones from Chad like he has had in the first half.

This is it, final half of football on the way. If we do the things I mentioned above, we should pull it out but it's gonna be a dogfight. I like the defense, just need some more run plays on offense.

    Continue to cheer us on,
