I can't wait to hear McNair say he hopes to never have to draft #1 overall again.

We just got blown the hell out in our own stadium. I think that will cue the draft talks for us Texans fans.
 
If the Chiefs converted that 2-point convert, I would have been $810 richer...

Needless to say, I dont like the Chiefs.

Yeah, I was sooo happy when they scored the touchdown, thinkin they would bring it to overtime.. and then they have a camera shot of Herm signaling for 2.. and my initial reaction was ****! I was so angry.

Why? The Chiefs were in desperate need of a win with nothing to lose. I didn't have a problem with what Herm did. I don't think Herm's a good coach, but going for two yesterday was decent call for a team that needed a boost.

I was speaking in general (although I disagree with your view on the 2-point conversion also).

I grew up in K.C. and watched the Chiefs win a Super Bowl when I was 9 years old, so I'll always be a fan of the Chiefs - even when they don't deserve it.

I was completely deflated by the Herm Edwards hire, and myh disappointment is even greater now than on the day he was hired.

I don't dislike the GM, and he's definitely been good for the franchise, but his time has past, and they need a completely new regime at Arrowhead.

I can agree with this.

As young as this team is, now would be the time to make wholesale changes. I've always thought Herm was a mediocre coach at best. However, I do think he'll be around next season due to the youth of the team.

Whack Johnson and pick up another RB. Get a QB for goodness sake!

I don't know. Thigpen is looking pretty good so far.

I don't think Croyle ever looked good. Maybe for a quarter but that guy never put a whole game together. I think that if Thigpen keeps looking like a real QB, then they won't spend a first rounder on a QB, but maybe a second or a third..
