    I did not know this....

This is how strong the AFC South is.

The Houston Texans are in last place in the AFC South with a 7-7 record.

They are 0-5 in the AFC South.

But they are an amazing 7-2!!!!!! outside of the division.

Believe it or not, outside of the AFC South, the Texans have the same number of losses as the Colts.

    That's a tough division!

To take that a bit further, here are the out of division records of all 4 AFC South teams.

    Colts- 7-2
    Jaguars- 7-1
    Texans- 7-2
    Titans- 4-4

Altogether the AFC South is 25-9 against the rest of the NFL.
If you disregard those stinkin' tacks the other 3 teams are 21-5!

I guess it's in the tacks' nature to ruin everything though.

Actually, we're 0-4 in the AFC South and 7-3 against the rest of the NFL. (Losses to SD, ATL, & CLE)

Filo, The AFC South is the tuffest by far. I think the Colts have made the Jags/Titans/Texans better teams because we have to play them twice a year. Play vs. the Champs allows you to up your game to their level. Texans might end up 9-7 this season? I expect the Colts and Jags to rest their players for Week 16 and 17. I still think another bowl of CREAM DA BEEF is coming week 17.
