...what will it mean if this team does not get 6 wins? Last years team led
the NFL in players on IR, yet gave it all on the field, losing several close
games including to the Jets and the Patriots. I know many of you make a
lot of excuses for this team and why it plays so bad, so often, but do you
really think more time is going to solve the problems with everything else
status quo? Capers is no dummy and knows he has built a foundation on
improvement from one year to the next and will pull out all stops to get
that 6th win--- shoot, we'll probally see plays and schemes and formations
we haven't seen all year to reach that goal-- but, what about the intensity
and the heart and the soul....will we see that? In losing a game, will we be
able to say, "man, the team gave all they had...nothing left on the field."
Or, will we use a fast 'getting old' explanation of 'wait till next year.'
