Yes sir. That's why I said IF an innovative offensive-minded guy comes here then, and only then, do I want Bryce. Young (IMHO) would excel in a Bill Walsh WC style offense, perfected by baby Shanny in the modern era and also working with his disciples quite well. I'm just guessing that Ryans has maybe seen a wee little bit of WC on steroids in his time with baby Shanny. So while he is not suited to teach it directly as HC...I trust that he knows what he wants in an OC that will run it. This is back to something akin to the Kubiak style with some wrinkles, and while it's got its own issues (everything does), the best offensive era over an extended time here was the Shanny/Walsh system under Kubes. I think most of our o-line is nimble enough to move over to more of a zone scheme...not sure about Green. That could be an issue, but I digress.
In short, give me Ryans as HC. I trust him to figure it out from there.
