Brown has excellent feet. He moves them quickly and stays balanced. Defensive ends have a difficult time fooling him. Hes got a wide base and anchors well. He knows how to use his hands to counter moves by pass rushers, and hes superb at redirecting them.
Brown has gotten stronger through the years, and he packs an initial punch that can stone his man. His coaches say not only is he a terrific pass protector, but Brown does a splendid job of run blocking.
He gets off the ball fast. He can get to the second level in a hurry. He pulls well when asked to. In short, Brown has become a premier left tackle who deserves to make the Pro Bowl for the first time.
