I was just doing some surfing and saw this article. I tend to agree with this assessment. I know that you can pick apart just about any position for high draft pick failures, but I thought this was pertinent due to the amount of posts I've read regarding DE @ 11. I'm a proponent of BPA (in the true sense of the phrase) in the draft. New England is as close to that ideal as there is in the league, and they've done pretty dang well for the last 10 yrs or so.

thats all da buzz these days Dline&Oline players are the safest picks in the draft year in and year out

thats why if a top teir player doesnot fall in our lap we might try to trade down with detriot or something and still get a DE or OLB we wanted
