Colts/ Chargers thread

Yaters Gonna Yate.
Manning's playing like horseshoe-it :user: .

3/6, 21yd, 2 INT. Halfway thru the 1st.

He's on pace for 16 today. :shades:

That's an interception, and should be all the way at the 6 for 1st and Goal.

Screw that inadvertant whistle crap, there were guys chasing him, they should give that to them.

Refs kind of screwed this one IMO.

Why did the officials blow the whistle so fast? That was horrible and burned the Colts. Not that I'm complaining or anything.:whip:

Yes they did. Terrible. But it happened to the Colts.:)

Why on earth did they announce it was an inadvertent whistle??

Let's admit "sorry we screwed you out of 73 yards..."

WOW, Cromartie has me so hyped right now.

This guy is amazing, he really is.

EDIT: He only played his freshman and sophomore years at FSU. He injured his knee in his Junior season (2005), didn't play at all that year, but was still drafted in the first round of the 2006 NFL Draft.

???The Chargers offense was on the field.

Sarcasm. Given that so far Peyton has been the Chargers MVP because of the interceptions, I wondered if they would have gotten the correct call would it have been a Colt's score or a Chargers pick. That's all.

Is that really Peyton Manning out there? Look closely, that has to be David Carr in disguise.

Ok, sarcasm is sometimes hard to pick up on a message board.

5 INTs...Why couldn't we play the colts this week?

The crowd is already singing the "hey Hey Goodbye" chant.....A bit premature imo....

True, especially with teams who somehow find a way to win. I didn't begin to get comfortable today until after the 2 minute warning and the Giants were out of time outs.

Dungy tried to get cute on 4th and inches and cost his team a possible win....that was just a stupid call on his part. It's 4th down, kick the damn field goal, it wasn't like the chargers offense was doing anything, they had 0 time outs, 1:30 left, and it was raining.

Edit: and I don't feel bad for him either......

Perhaps I misinterpreted the reactions of the players on the sideline, but it appeared that Manning was pleading to go for it. Dungy is usually quite conservative.

Perhaps, but he has to make that decision. I just think in that situation, too many things can go wrong.....and they did.

It was good to see that the Vinatraitor missed a game-winning field goal. I still can't believe he left the Pats for the shoes.

Karma.

lol.

^^^
My wife asked me why Manning's head gets all red from his helmet and I honestly had no good answer for her. And I've been watching foosball for like 30 years...

I just shrugged and said, "Well, it's huge. It must press up against the padding too much."

I used to think that Manning's noggin got red, but man, next time you watch the Shoes, check out Anthony Gonzales' bean. He apparently shaves his head and, as a result, all of the pads in his helmet leave red splotches all over his cranium.

He looks like a freakin' checkerboard when he takes his helmet off.

i don't know... i don't really scrutinize people's scalps with much frequency. i just posted the picture because he looked angwy.
