Plus, while neither one could exactly be characterized as a trade, the Patriots did get draft pick compensation when Tuna left New England to coach the Jets. Likewise, the Jets got draftpick compensation when Belichick left (after like one day as the HC) to go to the Pats.

Agreed. Leaving Orton in that whole game was a waste. Why not let "too raw to throw on t.v." Tebow get some game time experience and see how he fares with the 1st team against a 1st team? Orton was getting smashed still in the 4th quarter...

It's like McDaniels was hoping Kyle would get injured so he could put Timmy in for the rest of the season.
 
Getting draft picks for coaches is not unheard of but I will stay with Kubiak a bit longer. How long is a "bit"? Depends on how much better he does as a coach next 10 games.

I just wanted to thank Toan for his articulate debate he sent me..

the dumb keeps on getting dumber. The broncos "fans" wants Kubiak. It's ok though, we have special facilities and help for people of your kind.
