Brian Cushing got a hair cut

Nothing is as good as Anderson getting his hair cut to look just like Schaubs...on the news last night..now that was funny.

That dude is just funny...period. when I saw him at LAST year's All Access event, I took one look at his hair and asked him if he "lost a bet". :mcnugget:

My point was, Cushing getting a rookie hazing haircut is kinda a "so what" ain't it? Don't they do something like that to all rooks?

I hope he grows it back. The long hair kinda reminded me of Kevin Greene. ...if only Cushing turns out to be a maniac like Kevin Greene was.... sweet!

You need to see it up close...if you can get the new video..he had the receeding part cut in to look so precise..its hilarious.
 
Next, Cushing should get the Texans logo engraved in his head, a la Ron Artest. With his hair, it would look funny though.
 
I bet with that haircut .. Cushing is enjoying it right now with the texas heat ,it can grow back while the texas fall season hits (there is no winter)

Looks great and he was a good sport so thats all good to me, dude just needs to make plays and he is going to get every opportunity to shine on our defense. If he can just make even a few big plays this season, it will be more than we have gotten from SLB in the past. We shall see.

my dad will probably be happy about the haircut, he wasn't a big fan of the haircut on Draft Day and that is putting it mildly. I gotta sit next to the guy so its one less thing for him to complain about. Lord knows I have been hearing about his disdain for Travis Johnson's act since the day he was drafted over Derrick Johnson. Go figure, dad's a Longhorn.

I was just thinking that he might wanna shave it anyway--I'm sure he had no idea how hot it gets down here and now he does. If not this year that mange was gonna be gone by the next year.

"Winter" is a climatic anomaly characterized by outside temperatures that we normal people (Texans) normally associate with iced tea, properly chilled beer, and frozen margaritas. This phenomena is reported to occur mainly in backward foreign countries such as Colorado, Minnesota, Chicago, and Buffalo during the months of October thru April.

arian foster wearing dominic davis' #37? If he's as good as he was i think we've got our Rb tandem....i've got really high hopes for that kid.
 
Well, I got a Mohawk. Everyone has asked me if the veterans made me do it. I think it was a little bit of both, a little hazing, but also I figured it was probably a smart deal just to do it and I think a lot of guys were impressed that I cut it. Some of the guys were shocked that I would go that far for the team and I think that took a lot off my back.
Practice is going real well. I missed the first two days, which were no-contact. My first day back we had shoulder pads on so I had to adjust real fast for a 9-on-7 contact drill. Had to snap back into football mode. I knew what to expect, the speed picked up, everyone was trying to prove a point out there. I thought I did well.
I don’t mind coming in with all the hype and expectations. That’s what I want, to step into that role and handle everything that’s expected of me.
I’m staying in a hotel right now, all the rookies have to stay here close to the facility. My roommate is Connor Barwin. We already get along, we have the same lifestyle, we just want to come in and play football so I’m happy about everything.Next Friday we have our first preseason game at Kansas City and I’m excited about that. I’m just looking forward to playing football again.
