I'm so sick of this.

As being a Cowboy fan since I was born i am totally ready to turn this around.

I'm sick of going into our first game, a game which we were once the most feared team in the NFL, and being an underdog and having Chargers fans talk to us like we have NO CHANCE!!

These are the CHARGERS!! WE are THE COWBOYS!!!

Time to right some wrongs my fellow fans!

We have been down too long and it's time to start getting our pound of flesh again!!

Time to take back what is rightfully ours!

We are the most successful franchise in the past 40 years and it's about time we get back to the winning tradition.

It starts Sunday boys!!

No more doubting ourselves.

We are gonna walk in there and take it to them!

The return to glory begins in 22 hours and 34 minutes!

Be there cause we're gonna turn some heads!!

Lets get ready to rumble!!!!!!!!!
 
Guess I'll have to watch the Cowboys now since they drafted DeMarcus Ware :tv:

I believe the Cowboys will win this game :)

Sunday is a busy day for me so I generally don't watch NFL action unless I tape it...I feel the same way about this game as I do the Texans game and that is based on the home field advantage it will be close but the home team will win.

I do believe though that the Cowboys will have a much better season this year than last and we'll just see how it all adds up at the end of the year. But I'm encouraged by the defensive additions the team has made.

Today my two favorite teams are the Texans and the Chargers.

Yesterday it was Notre Dame. :yahoo:
 
Great win by the Domers, cup. Like I stated earlier, I don't like 'em but college football is better off when they're good.

well Aaron Glenn saves it for the Cowboys.. got an int in the endzone with less than a minute to play
 
Yippee! I barely get in the door and have to leave again but I saw the last few minutes. Thank goodness for video...I taped the Texans too but from all I've read on here I think I will skip watching that....disappointing they played poorly.

I was wrong about Texas beating OSU as well. I'm over it. :D

Both are what they are though...upsets.
 
I got a chance to watch the whole game finally and came away with these impressions.

a) Bledsoe is a huge improvement at QB. I actually saw him look off his receivers and find the open one.

b) Crayton is a find. A position I thought was iffy at best may not be at all. Keyshawn won't stretch the field but he is tough as a possession guy.

c) They make too many penalties and that's just like last year. Ugly. They had one drive where they had 3 penalties in a row!

d) I'm not ready to say the Cowboys are a playoff team but they seem to be much improved. At the very least the defense makes plays and they didn't do that much last year.

e) The special teams are horrible. The Chargers are explosive anyway and the Cowboys special teams were letting them have the ball at midfield. Some games you lose when you do that once. That part of their game is very poor.
 
The Cowboys new cornerback Anthony Henry looked pretty good also. He looked better than the Texans new cornerback PB..at least this Sunday.
