I am seeking advice from anyone who tailgates in the yellow lot.
The company I work for is hosting about 60 clients for the Saints game, and some of our company admins have been working on tailgating for the game.
The company purchased 6 yellow lot passes from stub hub, and since I am a regular at the games, I have been asked to advise them on what to bring and so forth.
The tickets that were purchased come with free access to the practice bubble before the game for BBQ and drinks, so they chose the yellow lot for proximity.
We're bringing a 10'X20' tent, tables chairs a couple of kegs, mimosas, and soft drinks... nothing unusual.
I do have a big screen and generator, and might bring that if I think I can either get local TV reception, or maybe scrounge up a DirectTV option...
I was hoping to get some lot-specific advise on where to set up, and any other little things that you might know from experience in the lot that I might not know, being in platinum...
My initial thought is to set up as close to the bubble as possible to shorten the trip between there and the tailgate (yellow is close to the bubble, right?). Is there any reason that would be a bad idea?
Should I consider trying to be near the porta-cans, or maybe away from them???
That's the kind of stuff I could use some help with.
BTW, if you happen to see a banner like the image below, stop by and say hi. You can just ask for Big Mike... but I should be pretty easy to identify keeping my name in mind...
p.s. Mods, if posting my company logo violates any rules, please remove it... I am not posting it for the purpose of promoting my company... I highly doubt anyone will stop by to solicit any diving or deep water construction...
