Nice call into 1560 this morning. Telling Richard Justice...

"We don't need no fairweather fans!"

Actually he called into 1560 twice this morning. Once with John and Lance, who had DIckie in studio with them. Joe called and told Justice that he didn't need any fair weathered fans and told him to stick to baseball...

Second call, they wanted people to call in and make their case for the Texans making the playoffs...

Joe:

"Defense:
Mario will have 16 sacks
Okoye will have 10 sacks and,
DeMeco will have 10 sacks..."
 
I heard the call and wondered why he didn't also jump on LZ and Granado who were both on the broadcast with Justice and have also predicted that the Texans go down this Sunday in Pittsburg ? Hell, I think the Texans are gonna get their butts kicked in Pittsburg, don't want them to, would be thrilled beyond belief if they pulled the upset, but don't expect it to happen.
And then people also jumped on Justice because he was critical of the Texans
picking Mario back in '06. So did everybody else in the whole universe to include most of the fans in Houston, TX.
Justice is just disliked, deeply disliked by many on this Board for whatever reason(s) ?

LZ has been predicting a Texans' win in the opener since before the preseason.
 
Richard Justice is pretty much despised on this board because he doesn't write anything informative on the Texans and has made a bad habit of pot stirring. He's acted like a clown when he's called on writing an opinion piece that's disguised as proper analytical story and has publicly (on his barely listened to radio show) insulted some posters on this very board making sexual innuendos and claims that he's being stalked.

If he contributed (like McClain does occasionally) to the information flow that the Texans generate it would be one thing. Instead he chooses to look like and represent himself as a jackass every time he writes about the Texans.
That about sums it up for me.
 
I heard justice predict a 10-6 season a couple of days ago. Dude must have multiple personalities or something.

Is that what Dick said? How cute. Dickie's contract wasn't re-upped by 1560 because he's freakin' boring as a one-man show, even with only an hour a day. He lost the gig, plain and simple, he didn't make any decision to be more of a writer.

This was part of the new rage called sarcasm.

Ain't no way 1560 wouldn't keep him if he wanted to continue a daily show.

I just giggle at all of the hatin' going on. I mean, J Solomon was terrible on the air (he even got shredded by Ken Hoffmn lol) and called all of us (Texans fans) "losers."

But we hate Dickie. Doesn't make alot of sense but I have always been one to blaze my own trails and not follow along/pile on.

There were plenty of people that chimed in on the thread last year that was created when Solomon called us and the team "losers". He just hasn't written anything that is intentionally flammatory since then (that I'm aware of).
