outofhnd said:Its not just a coaching problem. Its a personnel problem. We dont have the players at the lines. Its not a carr problem. Boomer is an ***** he doesnt even have time to throw it away. We need to revamp the line. period. there is no QB in the draft that will help this team win... get some protection. and the D-ine get some penetration.
yaboycm said:The players are not motivated the entire game. It's not a coaching problem though.
Stop being optimistic to nothing and realize that changes need to be made!
If we had a good GM, these changes that need to take place now would have already occurred!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yaboycm said:I'd rather stay at home and watch how a real Houston franchise operates on TV than go watch a team live that for the most part has no motivation!
outofhnd said:Looking back really has any offensive linemen that has made an impact been readily available to us? Gallery in the draft, but the raiders have put him at RT which tells me he hasnt been that great. Besides the Pace teaser, no one really has been out there LJ shelton took the Browns offer. thats the only linemean prospects there has been.
Hookem Horns said:You're waiting to watch the Rockets? I didn't know they were playing yet.
yaboycm said:Do you even watch the games? Even when Carr has time he can't make the throw or go through his progressions corrrectly. The last minutes of the game don't count either when it doesn't matter and the defense is in some form of a precent defense.

run-david-run said:Have you ever seen a USC game? Have you seen how much time Lienart has in the pocket to let the routes develop? Have you seen how bad our line is? Now put those two together and you will have a bust bigger than Ryan Lief.
Elite said:im sure Carson palmer is going to be a bust also

outofhnd said:If we send this team away then houston does not deserve a football team period. Its called be a fan and believe in the fact people get apid millions of dollars to make decisions that you paying very little criticize on a weekly basis. Part of this is just fate we lost Boselli before he ever played and it destroyed the line and we have never recovered.
Elite said:im sure Carson palmer is going to be a bust also
yaboycm said:Thank you
I was going to say it myself
I think he is playing oaky this year. What is HIS team's record? Undefeated.
GIT-R-DONE said:Palmer also has two healthy knees. The two players do not compare.
Elite said:this is to what i was replying to i remember seen carson palmer in college a great pocket passer alot of poise in the pocket like Matt LionHeart i just think Matt is better than Carson was in college and so on and so on you catch my drift
yaboycm said:Why is it so hard for some to understand?
WildBlackBear32 said:Not to mention Palmer had Fargas as his RB and not the 2 best in the nation that Leinart has. Or we could take into consideration the WR and TE talent Leinart has over Palmer. Leinart will put out better NUMBERS than Palmer, but Palmer was the far better prospect.
yaboycm said:So McNabb isnt good because he has T.O., LJ, Westbrook, Brown, Lewis?
Manning no good. He has Harrison, James, Wayne.
Montana, Warner, Favre, they were no good in their prime because they had good targets.
Could it be that the quaterback actually makes these other players better?
No way. Get outta here.
Alvin Harper did MANY good things with Tampa after Dallas. Aikman didn't make him good at all. Much like Leinart makes his targets better because he, unlike Carr, can actually hit his targets in the hands.
So let me get this right, you don't think Leinart is any good because he has good players around him?
One last thing. WHAT HAS CARR WON?
That's right Leinart. You've got two chapionships and are probably going to get your third. It would suck to have someone like that leading your team.
Dude, just stop talking. You are only
Keep digging yourself that hole.

WildBlackBear32 said:Someone else comparing USC's talent level to Fresno State. You people are rocket scientists.
yaboycm said:Leinart is mobile anyway. Do you ever watch them. He gets out of the pocket, runs around, and actually throws it to a target.
thank youWildBlackBear32 said:Holy ****, you must be joking. He has 33 yards on the year on 19 carries. However, he has a long of twenty, which was a 3rd and long when the entire LB and DB core dropped back and Matt had a 6 man wall to run with. Removing that play brings you to, 13 yards on 18 carries. Yes, he's mobile.
yaboycm said:Not comparing talent you Ainge. Leinart is a proven winner. What has Carr won? Did Fresno win their conference at least?

GIT-R-DONE said:You are kidding right? Leinart mobile? Anyone else agree?
yaboycm said:You didn't understand what I wrote which was the following, "Leinart is mobile anyway. Do you ever watch them? He gets out of the pocket, runs around, and actually throws it to a target."
There is no mention of Leinart taking off with the ball. He is able to, let's try undertanding this again, "get out of the pocket, run around, and actually throw it to a target."
Okay, you can advance to high school.

Read this thread over. The big boys with the common sense in the conversation will teach you a few things, I promise.
TitanPop said:HH, I don't like to see what I'm reading here. Come on Texan fans, yes I called them the Texans and not the txeans, the Texans are in a slump right now but I don't see why y'all need to clean house. A few draft picks have gone awry, but if they draft a couple stud offensive linemen, protect David better, that alone could change the whole direction of the offense. The defense isn't that far away, but you fans CAN NOT quit. Joe Texan, Bull Pen Andy, Hookem Horns and all the rest of my friends down there, DON'T let this cancer continue. I look forward to y'all coming up to Nashville in December, winners or losers, it is all about the love of the game.
Keep y'all heads up, your team is STILL your team, don't even give them away.... L.A. that isn't even cool, that needs a dirty sock stuck in it.
GIT-R-DONE said:I have watched film. Bledsoe does this sometimes too, but he is NOT mobile.
yaboycm said:We need a new quaterback. Leinart is great, a winner, and should be a Houston Texan in April when the Texans have the 1st pick in the draft.
WildBlackBear32 said:Pop in the Oregon and ASU tapes. If you know a lick about football you will see the forest through the trees.
yaboycm said:I saw him lead teams that were down 13-3 and 21-3 to victory
WildBlackBear32 said:Let's go Jason White!!! The funniest thing is, Matt Leinart is closer to Jason White(bum knee, questionable arm strength, very accurate, smart, played on great teams) than he is Johnny Unitas like you make him out to be. Like I said, watch out for Jason White next year. All those small school QBs like Roethlisberger, Leftwich, Pennington, Favre, McNair and Culpepper are garbage. I mean, what did they win in college?
WildBlackBear32 said:With his sub- 60% completion percentage and 0 TDs in the ASU game? Oh what a difference a Reggie Bush would make.
yaboycm said:HAHAHAHAHA
Actually these guys led their schools to some of the best season's in their school's history.
