What Cush is doing to prepare for week 5

Beginning with the Giants. there are going to be a lot of teams that regret his suspension. He was dangerous before.....now it looks like he has a chip on his shoulder.

That was ridiculous.

And he'll come into week 5 more or less fresh and without the dents and dings that a lot of other players will be sporting by then. If we can manage even one more win before he comes back then I can't help but think that the Texans might see his suspension as a blessing in disguise in the long run.
 
He will be playing like a man on fire. If he plays like he did last year or even better than he may win some people over on the PED issue. What is Shawne Merriman up to these days?
 
Someone told him that Clay Matthews is now the most beastly linebacker in the NFL and Cushing upped the intensity of his workouts.

Pushing a weighted sled...with a resistance band around his waist.

Once he wraps up the ball carrier, it's over. Nothing but negative YAC after Cushing gets the guy wrapped up. Wow.

Watch the part where he's pushing the weighted sled, then imagine him getting in front of a ball carrier, in a pile on 3rd and short. The traffic flow is going to start going backwards.

Brown does need to join him for his workouts ..... and leave the PEDS , clubs , late night parties and twitter for when he retires .... Hopefully he grows up like Jacoby Jones did after his falling asleep at the wheel ....

Cush will definitely bring some much needed intensity to the field and i think the other players will feed off of it. Can't wait he is gonna destroy him some Giants football players

Bradshaw sees Cushing's ominous hulking form rushing towards him... He drops the football, pees down his leg, and runs the other way.

Giants fans clamor for Jacobs to get some carries because that's the third time Bradshaw did that in the first half....

Hey, don't judge me. I have high expectations.....

After watching that video, it amazes me seeing how dedicated he is to his profession. I can imagine what alot of NFL players would be doing while completely banned from the team. Think Duane Brown is working out like that? More likely he is keeping the Golden Corral books solid for the quarter. Pacman would be making it rain down at Treasures. I'm telling you, it's amazing. I can't imagine doing the things he did in the video, even at my best shape coming out of Army basic training 19 years ago. And I was in GREAT shape then.
 
The team especially the defense needs Brian Cushing's swagger back. This defense just doesn't have the attitude that Cushing brings to it. Can't wait to have him back and see him dominate. By the way, I never felt bad for an inanimate object before but I kind of felt sorry for that tire. It took a pounding.
