Enjoy and be excited our boy is working his azz off!!!!
Damn, I need an icepak, a beer and a nap!
no pain, no gain!....Can't wait to see him come back.
Duane Brown needs to join him!
Awesome vid! If you haven't worked with heavy rope before, you can't appreciate just how difficult that exercise is.
He is going to tear the Giants apart limb-by-limb, should be good times.
Beginning with the Giants. there are going to be a lot of teams that regret his suspension. He was dangerous before.....now it looks like he has a chip on his shoulder.
That was ridiculous.
And he'll come into week 5 more or less fresh and without the dents and dings that a lot of other players will be sporting by then. If we can manage even one more win before he comes back then I can't help but think that the Texans might see his suspension as a blessing in disguise in the long run.
That's a slow Tuesday workout for me. Pansy ass. Bet he can't tear it up when he gets back.
He will be playing like a man on fire. If he plays like he did last year or even better than he may win some people over on the PED issue. What is Shawne Merriman up to these days?
He looks a lot leaner then his rookie year. IMO
I feel sorry for the Giants offense!
That's intense and impressive. The best part was when he essentially jumped over his shoulder height.
All i can do is laugh...
That will do nicely for me A Level PE class on training methods. Beast
Here's the vid of just that 60" hurdle...
Someone told him that Clay Matthews is now the most beastly linebacker in the NFL and Cushing upped the intensity of his workouts.
So he's still a big, strong mug? Yeah. That'll help.
Ordering his jersey as you read this! That dude is bad!
He already did, and that's not working out too good.
