David Carr and our First Round Pick for Green Bay's 1st and 2nd (There has been an interest for Carr by the Packers)

1st Round #16-Levi Brown LT(I think he will still be there at 16, most mock drafts that dont have him as our 8th has him going at 23 to Kansas)

2nd Round #39-Brandon Merriweather S (safety may be our weekest position on the field)

2nd Round #47-Daymeion Hughes CB (Dunta cant do all the work-more secondary)

3rd Round #73-Steve Smith WR (Need a #2 Reciever)

4th Round #104-Kevin Kolb QB (I believe he will fall this far-sit for a while then take over)

5th Round #135-Brandon Frye T (Big Guy that makes BIG holes for his RB)

6th Round #169-Justin Medlock K (Kris Brown sucks and needs to be replaced)

7th Round #200-Daniel Sepulverda P (Stanley cant kick it past 35 yards/replace him with this strong leg)

Daymeion Hughes' stock seems to be falling to about the 3rd round, at earliest. Don't ask me why.

I like Merriweather and Smith in the mid rounds. Smith will be better than most people are thinking. Merriweather will knock you out.

I like the idea of taking Justin Blalock in the 2nd round and Satele in the 3rd, though. Our o line can't afford to be ignored any longer. Don't you agree?

Great idea, but you missed 3 things. We need a RB, Green is our short-term solution. And if AD(AP) is still their don't be shocked if we take him.

Second, Stanton rates higher than Kolb on most mock drafts I have seen. I'd feel we would choose Stanton over Kolb.

Third, do you really think Carr is ging anywhere? If he was he would be LONG GONE, every day and every rumor...he sits in a Texans uniform still. They won't get rid of him till after this season, and thats ONLY if he fails. I wouldn't be shocked if we passed up a great QB prospect like Stanton and Beck to grab a D or O player(not a QB) in the 3rd. And maybe take a QB in the 5-7, seeing it appears carr is stalled here.

Makes me sick too, the arm Stanton has, the touch, the vision, the ability to make his own plays if needed. And they pass due to Carr...God I Pray they don't get that dumb. only problem is that i didnt think stanton would be there at the 4th round and i really like our choices in the 3rd. Trust me i love stanton just not enough to take him over the others

How about we trade David Carr(NFL) to the Red Sox(MLB) for Kevin Garnett(NBA). HAHA no offense, but some of the trades beening talked about lately are just crazy.

But with how the texans,packers and broncos are so close(if you get what i mean) it helps out both programs and it makes both teams fans happy. Im not a carr basher or a supporter so i dont really care if he is gone or stays but this is what i would like to happen and thats not that crazy to see!
