First and foremost, let me state that the strength of this draft is by far on the defensive side. We should take advantage of that and stock up on defense. We have many needs on both offense and defense, but if we take a QB, we'd be starting all over again. Our record would be worse than this year if we stick a 1st year QB in there, and some are calling for Sage to start anyway. With Plummer out of Denver, we don't need to take a QB this year. The OL class is very weak, and our staff will shy away from taking a RB early.
1st round- Darrelle Revis CB
The top CB in the draft IMO. Good size and measurables that are backed up with his on field performance. Fills a very big need.
2nd round- Brandon Meriweather FS
Again, another big need is filled. Aggressive and can attack the line and cover. You've seen our weakness when Lee Evans burned Faggins and Brown. That won't happen to Revis and Meriweather.
3rd round- Kareem Brown DT
Our staff has been saying we need to improve our pass rush. The only way to do that is to let Mario do his thing. He can't do that when he's the main focus on our line. Kareem Brown racked up alot of sacks for Miami, and he's a big boy as well. 6'5 315lbs who can help against the run and the pass. You may wonder why such a speciman would drop to the 3rd round. This was his 1st year as a fulltime starter and he lacks experience due to lack of playing time. He could work on his technique, but boy has he been productive when given the chance. Stick him next to Mario and you have the potential for a very good tandem. His work ethic has been questioned at times, but his issues can easily be corrected. Big upside who I'm willing to gamble on for a 3rd rounder.

RB and QB should be secondary to our OL needs. Neither QB or RB can be productive without the OL, so it makes no sense to address those spots without focusing on the OL first.
