So you want Mills running around for his life so you can see if he can evade the rush. I'm sure the offense will run the way it's supposed to the way you're wanting thing to be. (Brilliance.) BTW, I hope that Heck improves and everybody on the OL stays healthy. Whatever happens I want Green to stay and learn at LG so he can be the best player he can be. I think he can be a pro bowl level player in a couple of yrs. Maybe even more. BTW, I think you're right, they are going to go with a bunch of scrubs as backup OL, just like most of the rest of the NFL does.
Reiff is much more than a scrub, but he's had trouble staying healthy. Out of the guys Lucky listed other than Heck who's the developmental guy? Personally I'm hoping Steckler improves enough to be the guy you want. But I'm not willing to risk the offense being fully functional with the current list of backup OT's currently on the roster unless the young guys improve. But hey, if you guys are willing to risk seeing the offense and Mills improve because you hope a guy can develop well enough to not miss a beat then so be it. Personally I think this is wishful thinking. Of course I value the vet leadership that Reiff would bring more than most.
