Of course I dunno for a fact but I strongly believe that there's continual dialogue between the Watson group and other NFL teams and/or their proxies.
The layman's term for that is tampering. It's frowned upon.

….but isn’t money what drove this whole issue from the start? One or two asking for a settlement and Watson and Hardin refusing to pay up. Buzzbee didn’t like the refusal to a payoff and took the situation to the media. Suddenly, women that hadn’t come forward before the issue was out for public consumption…..were now coming forward. When more stepped forward publicly and Watson and Hardin still refused the settlement route, some (I suspect with Buzzbee’s encouragement) decided to file criminal charges to up the pressure.
Now it comes down to Watson and Hardin agreeing to settlements or letting this thing go to court where hard evidence is going to be required to prove it wasn’t consensual sex with Watson. Just saying he did this or that won’t stand up.
I just want this mess to go away so this team can move forward.

It was June of last year I received a DM on my Instagram. I was at home I’m just going through my messages normally I wake up with a few massage requests people try to book through my DM which is totally fine. This DM in particular I was a little bit confused because I saw this person had like millions of followers. And so I asked my friend I was like who is this person with millions of followers trying to get a massage for me like I’m just like okay. They like that’s Deshaun Watson and I’m like okay but who is Deshaun Watson. They like that’s the quarterback for the Texans and me I don’t follow sports so I’m like okay is that a basketball or a football? They like man you need to take this seriously. But mind you I have received the DM at 3AM so I thought once I replied that this person would be sleep already. But I replied. I believe he said can I book a massage and I believe my response was what time were you looking to come in and I believe he was trying to come in at noon. There was a bit of conflict because normally we don’t open the salon on Sundays and so once the owner of the salon found out who it was, she was feeling under the weather at the time but she was willing to come unlock the door so I believe we met up around 3 on like June 7. He told, we went from like Instagram to text messaging, he gave me his number I gave him my number he told me that we would have to speak over the phone to discuss the uh, I believe he said his focus points was the terminology that he used. We spoke over the phone, he was very adamant that we focus on his glutes. You know me being 21 at the time I was you know I didn’t think anything of it I said okay this is an athlete he wants to focus on his glutes that’s perfectly fine with me. I told him my rate and he came in but then things just kind of went weird.
It was gradual. The first meeting was actually not the worst. It always escalated every appointment. The only thing that really bothered me in the first appointment is he kept asking me to go inside of his butt. And I was just so confused. Normally all my male clients, well any of my clients I’ll stop at the lower thigh. You know some people just don’t like their buttocks touched. And so I’ll stop at the lower thigh and he kept asking me to go inside. I originally thought it was the crack (vs the anus). And so I went around that area, and he still wasn’t satisfied. He was very adamant and he would say “Don’t be afraid to go inside.” I’m in my mind I’m like there’s nothing further there’s nowhere I can go unless it’s inside of his anus.
It just totally threw me back. I remember as soon as I was done with the massage the owner of the salon we’re sitting in the waiting area, we were the only two in the salon. And I was like, “Girl you will not believe what just happened.” She’s like what? I’m like he kept trying to make me go inside of his butt. He didn’t want me to massage his arms his neck his back his feet... it was, ‘I want inside of my butt.’ And so she’s like do you think that he likes men? I’m like I don’t know what this is, I don’t know why he would come to the north side of Houston to get a massage for me I’m 21 and he telling me to massage inside of his butt. It was so random. I didn’t really feel, I wasn’t offended by it I just thought this was something that my client may be ashamed of, he didn’t want anybody to know. You know he told me over the phone, you know, let’s keep this discreet. So I didn’t think it would go any further than that. I was like maybe he didn’t want the people in the NFL to know that he has this little thing that he likes.
And so when we booked our next appointment I didn’t think it would turn the way it did. The second appointment was just really... inappropriate. He was very touchy-feely. He would act like he accidentally brushed up against my butt, like if I would be on the side of his neck or I’d be at the front of the massage table and I would massage their neck he would reach his hands back and try to grab my butt or he would go like this and act like he accidentally brushed up against me. It was to a point where it came to a time in the massage where I was massaging him from a distance cause he kept trying to touch me and I had to keep jumping back. And then like the first massage he basically told me he didn’t want the rest of his body massaged. He wanted his groin area massaged and his butt only. He was fully waxed. And he kept saying, “Do you want to put it in your mouth?” Yeah. It was just very very very uncomfortable. I’m trying to be professional but still get through this hour long massage without any conflict. I just didn’t want any conflict, I knew the owner of the salon she was very proud to have this person as a client and that was like her main focus at the time. Like, keep this person happy. There came a time during the massage where he would be erect the entire time. He had pre-cum coming out of his penis and it was all over his stomach and he kept telling me to rub in that area or try to make me touch it. I’m sorry, ugh, I just... I don’t know, it was just the most uncomfortable time in my life and it seemed like that hour was taking so long. And I remember cutting the massage short like 15 minutes and pretending it was a full hour. It was just, really weird. Verbally no, but he definitely knew (I was uncomfortable) because multiple multiple multiple times I had to push his hand away for me from grabbing in between my legs. And I would move my hand very briefly and he would say, he would always make these comments like, ‘What?’ you know like when you’re doing something wrong and you say ‘What? What?’ It was, so we both knew like this is wrong. He knew I didn’t want him touching me like that and so he would always respond, ‘What?’ At that point I knew I was being taken advantage of.
The first time I met him he found me on Instagram and that’s how he found our salon because I put on a lot of promotions via Instagram.
Third session basically, I’m sorry excuse my language, he didn’t give a ****. Normally I do the same drill all my clients . I walk to the door, I tell them hey here’s some towels here’s a blanket. There’s a restroom to your right hand side, I’ll give you five minutes and come back in. You can undress and you can put the draping on.
He blatantly told me that he was not going to put any draping on. That I did not need to leave the room. He took his pants off right in front of me he laid on the table and he refused to wear the towel covering. Basically he told me like you know my focus points. I don’t want anything else. Cause with him I would always get so nervous so I would just try to start at his feet because I knew what he was going to ask me to do. And so I would like... he definitely did not want a typical massage when I would try to massage his legs I could tell he was getting very agitated, irritated. Or I would act like I didn’t understand his instructions sometimes so I could just stay on the leg area. He basically told me you know my focus points and so he would make me massage like his butt. But the third session he blatantly asked me to have sex with him. He told me that he had a condom in his bag, he always kept a bag with him. And he just kept requesting sex from me, kept trying to touch me in between… well he did touch me in between my legs. The entire third session it was like I had to do everything from a distance. He wouldn’t keep his hands to his self. Which eventually I had to decide that that would be the last time I would massage him. You know, against everybody else’s wishes because in the mean time between time the owner of the salon she had introduced so many girls to Deshaun Watson so I wasn’t, at this point in time I wasn’t the only one massaging him from the salon. Actually the people she was inviting in didn’t even work at the salon. I don’t know where she was getting these people from but but she would be like hey do you want to massage Deshaun Watson? And I think he was getting a little bit annoyed on all of the people she was trying to push on him for money wise. And so there was a point in time where he text me and ask me what is the salon owner gonna be there? And I’m like I don’t think she’s going to be there is there a concern? He tried to meet me at a hotel room and he told me that he would reimburse me for the cost because he didn’t want to be around her. And then there was a lot of things that we had to go through in order to massage him which was really irritating because he paid the same amount of money that everybody else paid. But nobody could be in the salon. We had to make sure that nobody was in front of the salon. We had to make sure he could walk through the back door. Nobody could make any noise, we couldn’t talk. I always had to keep my phone off because there was one instance where I have the flash come on when my phone rings and someone was calling me repeatedly which is the way I have my do not disturb set up. Somebody calls me repeatedly the call will come through. And I think he thought I was recording him when my phone started flashing, he freaked out. He jumped out of the bed and I just explained to him do you know somebody’s calling me and I briefly told them hey I really can’t talk right now. It was just a lot to deal with for the same amount of money that I would get massaging my regular clients. Plus I just felt disgusted after the fact.
But nobody really cared. I expressed my concerns to the owner of the salon but she was really infatuated with the fact that we had Deshaun Watson as a client. And there were times where they met outside of the salon so I didn’t really know what else they were doing which I found out later on like around the third meeting. I’m like oh okay so this lady is obsessed with him and that’s why I’m stuck in this position that I am because I feel like I can’t refuse him as a client he’s he’s making me uncomfortable and he’s touching me inappropriately. (tears)
I just refused to work at the shop anymore. I had another job at the time I was an emergency response operator for vessels that carry oil and that took a lot of my time along with me being at the shop on all of my off days plus me doing promos, everything it was a lot. So I didn’t want that burden anymore, plus I was traumatized from this experience that nobody gave a **** about. So I just decided to leave.
It was so crazy, actually my mom sent me an article when it first drop I don’t even remember the month earlier this year. She sent me an article she said you know somebody suing Deshaun Watson. And so I read the article briefly, uh, I didn’t know anybody had experienced what I experienced. So when I read…I read the article 1,000,000 times but I can’t tell you what it said only thing I can tell you is that it said something about his buttocks. And I was like, this has to be true because how would anybody know this? It’s not just something that you just say off the top of your head. I’m like somebody has to had experienced that and they went through the same thing that I went through because nobody else would know that. He’s young just like me we are around the same age I’m only like 22 going on 23. And I’m just like, you know that’s just not an accusation that’s just common. This has to be true. Next thing you know, there was so many women that came out. Everybody was contacting me like, hey you need to go ahead and jump on this lawsuit.
I didn’t want the drama because briefly after his lawyer contacted me. I received a random text message stating, ‘Hey I noticed that you didn’t file a suit against Deshaun Watson yet. I’m one of his lawyers and I would like to speak to you. I don’t remember what my response was but I remember that we spoke over the phone briefly and she was like trying to rush to meet with me. It was like 7 or 8 o’clock at night, like I’m sitting in the parking lot of the gas station when I get this text message. And she’s like hey I’ll take you to, I don’t know it was some five-star restaurant in Houston I can’t even think of it. She was like I really just want to hear your side, I want to know what he did to you. And at the time I’m vulnerable and I’m like somebody finally wants to hear our side. Because you have to think right now everybody has their opinions they get to say what they want to say but everybody else has to be mute because we have lawyers and all these cases where we can’t say anything or we can’t speak the truth. So people are just going off ESPN interviews or or whatever bloggers feel like the truth is. But they don’t get to hear from us. And so they heard from the one young lady but it’s still like mmm I don’t know who to believe. So I’m like this is the perfect opportunity for us to get the truth out. Meet with this lady and come to find out her motives were to get information out of me. At the time there were about 20 odd Jane Does at the time. Nobody had released their name yet. And so he had so many people that he didn’t know he couldn’t pinpoint who was who. So all he was reading on the documents were just all the accusations. And so he was trying to backtrack and see who had the suit against him because originally in a text message she sent me she said, I noticed you don’t have a lawsuit against him. But then when we met she kept prying who is your lawyer? So this person isn’t your lawyer like naming out names. I didn’t have a lawyer I’m like I don’t know what she’s talking about lady. And so at that time I realized she wasn’t trying to hear my side of the story, she was trying to help him figure out who was filing the cases against him.
And then briefly after that I started receiving death threats. My name wasn’t released because I don’t have a lawsuit yet. My lawyer held off on the lawsuit and said if you decide to go through with it let me know but right now we’re just seeing how everybody else plays out. I really don’t want to be a part of the messiness. No amount of money in the world is just worth what I’m going through right now.
Honestly I can’t give you a name (for the death threats). At this time I had two active phones and my old phone kept ringing all day. And I was like why is my old phone number ringing like everybody has my new phone number? So something just randomly tells me to check my voicemail. And so I check my voicemail and the first voicemail is like a shotgun, chi-chick BOOM, chi-chick BOOM. The next one it’s like a handgun it’s like POW POW POW POW POW POW POW. And then literally not even a minute later I get two messages from my mom. My mom messages… mind you I never told my mom that I was going through any of this, I never told her about anything about Deshaun Watson. I never really talked about it to her, only thing she knew is that he was my client. She randomly sends me a message that says ‘GET OUT OF THAT APARTMENT SOMEBODY IS TRYING TO KILL YOU.’ And I’m like how in the hell does my mom know about this and then I have gunshots on my voicemail with a matter of minutes? So become to find out, I don’t know, just message spread that they were looking for me because they thought that I was one of the ones that filed the original suit. And then briefly after the young lady came forward and showed her face, and then his lawyer did tell me you know we plan to fight this to the fullest and then she told me that we are going to put in a motion to release everybody’s names. Which was for the purpose of seeing how many people would drop their case. So I believe a few young ladies did drop their case once being forced to release their names which is understandable.
And so I just figured like I don’t know if I really want to go through this legal mess this battle. Like you got a think it’s been a year since this happened and I’m just dealing with all of this foolishness. People are recognizing me in Houston saying I’m trying to ruin his career take all his money. It’s traumatizing. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy you know. Because people you know even with all the facts we have all the screenshots, messages, any proof in the world it does not matter. People are die hard fans. And they don’t want to hear our side. They just feel like we’re trying to ruin this man’s career. Some people don’t even care about the truth. They feel like hey, he plays for my favorite team y’all gonna have to chill on him. And I just don’t think that’s fair to us. I don’t feel like it’s no way 20+ people going to say the same thing about you. And at least one thing is not true?
I’m not sure because I don’t follow the media because it really, it gives me anxiety. Like when you hear people talking about you. When I was in Houston when the news first broke I was having anxiety I was like you know what I need to go get my nails done and clear my mind from all this craziness. At the time I couldn’t go back to my home. I’m still paying rent an apartment that I can’t stay at because I don’t know who’s watching me and I have a little one. I go get my nails done, next thing I’ll look up it’s all over the TV in the nail shop. So I go okay cool let me go get something to eat I got to get my mind off of this. Go get me some crab legs it’s all over the TV I couldn’t escape it.
In actuality I technically don’t have a case because we never sent it in. I told him pause I don’t know if this is something I want to do you know it’s just no amount of money in the world that makes me want to go through this. I have a 6-year-old and I don’t need to be trying to figure out if my life is in danger or if somebody’s watching me. I’m steady young the run. Who wants to deal with that? And especially, this is going to drag out for a while. This is not going to be oh we’re going to settle out of court because he’s obviously made that clear that that is not his intentions. So this is going to drag out for years I don’t wanna deal with that. I don’t want people trying to bash my name or do you know paint a picture of me. I’m 22 years old I don’t wanna deal with this I have enough problems in my life.
Honestly, no (about filling a police report.) Originally when it first happened, before anybody spoke out about it in my mind I’m just thinking who the hell is going to believe me? You know, he did things a certain way… Now I look back and see why. Like most things we talked about had to be over the phone. Or things like that he made sure that everything was discreet even though he did leave a paper trail of certain things like he would text me ask me to wear a sundress. You know just inappropriate things like that. But not everything was through text message in my mind I’m thinking oh I just got played. This guy totally took advantage of me and knew exactly what he was doing. And I don’t really have too much proof of what he’s done to me. Do you know I told the salon owner about it but me and her don’t talk so who do I have to defend me and say that this actually happened to me? Because were in a room just me and him.
Ever since that incident I refuse to work that job. It just brings back too many memories for me. I just don’t think I can do it anymore. Even though I enjoy my job, I have good clientele, *sighs* I just can’t. Unfortunately that’s just something that came along with it. I’m just scared of… I don’t think that you all understand the amount of backlash that we receive. Even with me speaking my truth I can’t speak for anybody else or what they’ve been through. I can only see what I’ve been through. It’s still gonna be people out there that hate me or don’t believe what I say or have negative things to say and that’s something that I have to deal with as well. Which sucks.
But honestly, like I told personal family and friends I cannot blame people because if I was on the other shoe I would be like girl, yeah right. Like people tell me all the time what he want with you he could have anybody in the world why would he do that to you? And I’m thinking to myself the same thing. Why me? And so I can understand it’s not something that you hear about all the time you know people will pay off people to shut up, don’t talk about this no more. But this is just something that ended up coming to light. So you can’t really blame people for having an opinion but you also have to give us our voice too. We have to speak our truth, it’s not your opinion versus our truth.

There was a time when Houston was adamant they weren’t trading Watson. Watson irrationally refused to even talk to the new GM.
In cases of tampering, that irrational behavior could be explained by illegal contact by other teams.

Isn’t that just picking sides? If Hardin states anything, it can’t be true but if Buzzbee states anything, it’s gospel. So far, the only folks pleading their case in the media has been Buzzbee and some of the women.
I’m still waiting for a verdict delivered in court…..everything else is just personal opinion. If you want him to be guilty, that’s fine but I’ll stick with the judicial system’s motto…..innocent until proven guilty. So far, it’s a one-sided story of accusations and I don’t think we’ll hear the other side until everyone is in court.
Just know this. He is looking guilty. When you have a legit case made against you a lawyer advises you and your team to shut it. Watson has shut it just about from the very beginning.

Same could be said for those trying to sale their version of the case in the court of public opinion. That’s the type of tactics one might use to pressure the other into a out of court settlement.
It's interesting reading the perceptions of his girlfriend on this forum. When Watson's trade request went public, there were posts calling her a gold digger who wanted Watson to play in New York to advance her modeling career. She flipped off someone taking a picture of them and she was labelled classless. Now she is getting paid hush money and her moral character is no different from Watson.
In a couple of months, I wouldn't be surprise to read posts claiming she was supervising the massage therapists when they massaged Watson.
Except one thing. His lawyer didn’t help him. His lawyer has not helped him in any way. There was still a public admission something happened. So, admitting publicly it was consensual puts him on the hook at the very minimum to pay damages. Criminal proceedings wise, he put his client at more risk.
