That is the question my friend. You have the Texans saying that they are 4.2m under the cap after the Myers signing but other places, spotrac.com, have us at at $91,966,794. Personally I think the cap figure is a lot closer to what the Texans are saying based on the moves they have made but that is pure speculation.
