kevin walter

should i take a chance with walter or put nate burleson in there?

Good question. Personally, I'd lean more towards Jacoby if he is available. Kevin Walter just has not looked like himself out there. He seems even slower than usual, isn't getting open like he has in the past, and just doesn't look like a #2 WR let alone a #1.

Really wish we had signed Plaxico or someone like that.

Anyway, I'd probably roll with Nate over Walter.

jacoby is still out there.... i just figure that walter is a bigger red zone threat

Yeah maybe so. I just haven't liked how Walter has looked at all so far. Maybe Schaub just doesn't have confidence in him yet, or maybe he just flat out isn't getting open. Tough to tell. All I know is his fantasy stats have sucked so far, but so have Jacoby's. I would just lean towards Jacoby having the higher upside.

I think that dre was playing so well that it made it hard to ignore him. I think Matt is going to have a big game passing and I think Walter is going to benefit some from that.

I think Walter will make some big plays tomorrow as well as Casey. Jmo.

I completely agree. I also think Bryant Johnson will surprise some folks tomorrow - sure hope so anyway.

Kevin Walter has 4 receptions. Four. He has looked pitiful. Not sure what you guys are seeing.

I'm more impressed with Bryant Johnson than Walter.

Kevin Walter was always a consummate professional with really great hands (and a good run-blocker too), but he was also always just barely fast enough to ever get open. If he has lost a step, it's over... :toropalm:

That's my thinking exactly.
