OK!!! The Texans have finally came out and looked like an NFL team in the 1st half. I'm sorry to disappoint Marcus, but crow tastes like ribeyes!!!! I'm listening to this, so I can't tell everything, but I'm happy as a sissy with a peter in his mouth right now.

I will be enjoying eating crow over having to eat crow. This was a dominating win over a good team that tried all it could in the 1st half. CAW CAW!!!!

I watched the game on ESPN gameday. Did we do a lot of blitzing on d or PA on O? If not, I wouldn't worry. Are we having a parade next week to celebrate Bum's Son coming home? If not, we should!!
 
We've been conditioned to be pissed off and doubt this team.

So your skepticism is tolerable, IMO.

Has been a loooooong time since Bob McNair made a coaching hire that actually turned a sad bunch of guys into winners. Last time he did it, it was Kubiak improving the offense even in the very first year here.

Same thing with Wade Phillips.

I smell a Bandwagon Year for the Texans. I don't know think we are Super Bowl caliber yet, but getting Playoff caliber very quickly.

They did some PA, but I didn't see any waggles or bootlegs. Didn't see any secondary blitzing. Just stuff with the front 7.

I do too and someone has put extra sugar in the koolaid.
 
u know in 2009 it was in reverse we would start fast in the first half but fall a sleep in the 2nd

so this team knows how to start fast

what they dont know how 2 do has kubes says play 4 quarters of clean football

but IMO not one of the 32 teams knows how 2 do that IMO

I've been drinking the :koolaid: since the draft and watching the new defensive coaches in Q&A's, so I don't see any good reason to stop now BUT remember its only preseason. This team still has to do it in the regular season to start allowing others to jump on the wagon to soon. If we're a lot better than 5-7 after 12 games than it will be recommended they buy a 2nd wagon for all the newcomers.

The offense looked like it coulda put a 50 spot on them .... easily. Foster looked like he was running against a pop warner defense .... and Tate took it up a notch from there.


The defense .... dispite giving up chunks on the ground was nasty. Nice to see them bust somebody in the mouth.
 
I expect a strong showing against the bucs.

Biggest thing about these games is the team confidence they are building.
