I just got an email from the Texans asking me to take a survey and give my opinions on how to make things better as a fan. They do this regularly with season ticket holders, so it's not surprising.
But, what's amazing is the timing of these things. Last year, these morons sent the survey out after the Monday night Titans game. I kid you not. THEN, this year, they sent it out - I'm not kidding - after the Giants game.
The problem with these things is that they always want to know about experiences at Reliant and being a fan, then say that I shouldn't count on-the-field performance in my thinking. I'm sorry, but, what happens on the field defintely counts towards game day experiences.
The truth is, the gameday experience at Reliant is almost flawless. But I'm not going to tell them that with the way this team is performing. It's irrelevant.
So, now, they're going to get a bunch of skewed data from angry fans.
I swear, the Texans marketing team is a bunch of morons.
