Titans have more problems

we're having the best off-season ever. Screw boredom this is much more fun. I love having my hopes dashed in June, makes my life easier.

I don't know if they did anything special, but I think they are high on McGrath, and I know they are weak at both positions.
 
Many times it has to do with the state suspending your license when they know your vehicle is no longer registered in their state. Athletes move alot, and quite frankly I don't think he is going to tell his coach that he can't make practice at the alotted time because he has to go get his vehicle registered.

He was arrested in Georgia, the same state he's lived in for the past 3 years.

What state does that? You don't have to have a vehicle to have a license. You also can have multiple homes in different states with vehicles appropriately registered in each.
