Whoever bought them should be very, very happy.

They are good seats IMHO. I bought my PSL & tickets 4 years ago. 608, Row I or something. I've moved down every year, now I'm on row F. I'm hoping I can get to D or lower, then I'll work on getting moved towards the aisle, then I'll be happy.

Do the Texans swap your PSL,s or do you have to sell and then rebuy? We're in a similar situation and I'd be interested in knowing.

If you're switching to a lower level, far as I know, you pay the difference.

But since I'm just moving in the same section, there is no swap involved. They just update my PSL to reflect the seats.
