With the way our zone blocking scheme usually works, I would be OK with having Benson in there WITH Slaton.

Because that's what we could have had: Both of them.

I don't know why there's this persistent debate about us only getting to have one of them. This would not have been an either/or situation.

This would have been adding a power runner who would have brutalized defenses late in the game or during crucial plays, such as 1 yard from a TD.

I think he's Marshall Faulk'd already.

Maybe he needs to loosen his helmet back up. When his helmet keeps popping off, he's tearing off long runs. When it stays on, he drops the ball.

I think Slaton should just be used as a ball catching rb. He's great at doing that.

It certainly looks like they took what was there to be taken.

The blurb on the Bengals being weak defending pass catching RBs was on a fantasy football website I hadn't looked at before. I hope I bookmarked it...

Well it was nice to see Chris Brown get some hard earned yards. Honestly, I would like to see how our team fairs if Brown started and Steve came in as the 3rd down back. Our team just executed so much more with Steve catching out the backfield.

I hope we run more of these screens as the success of them seemed to be what gave OD all the success he had.
