Gameday Thread: Texans vs. Titans II

Schaub knew the blocking was busted, he scrambled out...and once again (vs. the Titans) he gets it stripped while jogging to the sideline, trying to do more than he should. Trying to keep the play alive at the start of a game instead of throwing it away.

There would have been 12 posts on here, ranting against Sage, if he had done that. Winston blew the block, but Matt compounded the problem...especially when he has more downs left (and in our own end of the field).

Gotta' get better than that, folks, if we are going to win today.
 
Note to Eric Winston:

Next time you get beat that bad by a DE, drag his ass to the ground and take the freaking penalty.....don't let your QB get hit and possibly turn the ball over. Live to fight another down, a punt is better then giving them the ball on the freakin' 30...geez.....:gun:
 
Are there still those certain ppl in the Houston area that still root for the Titans because they were the Oilers at one point?

Or in your case, always blame the quarterback. Winston let Kearse through. It's a team game.

Why does everyone diss on Sage for, he gets the job done too.

That's all on Winston. Schaub was about throw it....yes he could have gotten rid of it a little faster in that situation or throw it away, he was trying to make a play, I don't think he was trying to do much.
 
Quick outs, screen passes, shovel passes, timing routes on three-step drops, slants, and anything else that takes advantage of this pass rush happy defense. It's there for the taking, Gary Kubiak.

Guarantee you it will be a heavy dose of Steve Slaton now...and Fisher's crew knows it.

That ankles been giving him problems all year. Hard to get off the ball w/ a high ankle sprain....


Haynesworth already has a bum knee....i say cut the big mans wheels out from under him.
